The system does four (4) CATEGORIES of different automated CMAs for each property based on:
- Sold comparables: Most important CMA, to know the real value of the deal
- Active comparables: You want to know your competition; what is in the market and see which ones are pending and in the closing process
- Non Active: You need to know whether properties are not selling and why in the local area
- Lease: This CMA tells you what the property maybe lease for - very valuable for rental strategies

CMABROKER organizes the data in specifically designed windows to help you better understand and analyze comparables. Each of the 4 categories has the same organization windows.
Smart design and data Saving features
- In data & photo view Views you will find the public and private remarks in the same window, so there is no need to click around just to get to the information. Hoover the mouse over "R" and the information will appear of the subject property and all the comparables in your universe.
- In all the views you can select and deselect comparables to create your CMA
- An automated calculator calculates the valuation and discounts in price and percentages every time you erase or add comparables.
- Ranking: comparables get ranked in the data view. This give you a faster way to see which ones are the best comparables to select
- Bank Owned Properties: the system does not select these properties, since you need to use the best possible value of your subject property
